Our first event in our new Inclusive Leadership Series focuses on Building Allyship. In the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement and the rapid rise in Anti-Asian racism, building allyship and coalition among minority-led organizations is more important than ever. In addition, employers of all sizes are making deeper commitments to address inclusion, belonging, and systemic racism at work. This panel will feature NAAAP Leaders, Lauren Garces (NAAAP SD), Samson Lee (NAAAP Boston), Junann Lopez (NAAAP KC), and Christie Sithiphone (NAAAP Atlanta). Aurora Austriaco (NAAAP National Board) will moderate the discussion focusing on how NAAAP leaders  build community partnerships with other minority-led organizations with NAAAP and outside NAAAP.
