The NAAAP National Leadership Academy (NLA) is an advanced, skills-building boot camp for new and returning NAAAP leaders. For 2020, NLA will focus on core aspects of the Collaborative Leader, where chapter leaders and volunteers will gain hands-on experience in building long-term strategy, coaching, mentoring, and leading through culture change. The end goal is not just to provide more training, but to empower leaders with tools they can bring home that will allow them to develop an ongoing learning environment that builds community.

Orlando!!!  The 2020 NLA will be hosted again by the U.S. Tennis Association at its National Training Campus in Lake Nona development of Orlando, just ten minutes from the Orlando Airport (“MCO”) and 25 minutes from DisneyWorld.  Also, NAAAP’s three Florida chapters are hosting a welcome reception on Friday, February 21 where NLA participants will have an opportunity to meet some business leaders in Orlando.  The Mayor of Orlando has been invited to give opening remarks.
