The NAAAP DEI Symposium is just over a month away and NAAAP  is excited to welcome all attendees from diverse industries and demographics to San Diego. Our theme, “Tides of Change”, will provide an exciting day of breakout sessions, DEI training, and wellness workshops led by our industry's finest trainers. Beyond the benefits of networking, our DEI Symposium offers amazing opportunities that will grow, thrive and empower your DEI and ERG ambitions. Our agenda features candid dialogue and data that will spark strategic and tactical visions within the realms of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging. 

Together we will explore diverse backgrounds to cultivate fresh and innovative perspectives. Together we will transform the meaning of DEI into a reality of actionable accountability. This momentous event has historically featured Fortune 100 companies, the nation’s most admired companies and the leading US banks, among many others, seated at these pivotal discussions. If you are a DEI professional, ERG leader or professional in any level of career advancement, we invite you to add your voice to our conversations.

Breakout Session A: From Small Businesses to Small Teams: Tactical Ways to Create Inclusive Workspaces

With all the talk about DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), it’s hard to think you have time to invest in it when you are managing a small team or a small business. You don’t have budgets to hire DEI officers, or have enough bandwidth to do more. But, DEI is really about creating a sense of belonging for everyone you work with, and that may not require anything new, just a new way of engaging with others. In this session we will: 

  • Create a shared understanding of DEI and why it matters 
  • Hear from non-profit, public sector and small business professionals on what DEI looks like from their perspective 
  • Engage in facilitated conversations and activities so you walk away with tools to build a sense of belonging as a leader

What does the Registration Fee include? 
The $299 and includes all Friday sessions, breakfast, lunch, and reception.

I'm using a mobile device and can't see where to indicate the quantity of tickets to purchase. Where can I indicate the quantity of tickets to purchase?
Under the "Ticket Name" section, click on the "+" next to "2023 NAAAP DEI Sympoisum Registration" to expand the ticket selection section. 

How do I use my discount code?
If you were provided with a registration Discount Code, click on the "Click here to enter your promotional code" at the bottom of the registration page, enter the discount code provided to you, and then click "Submit".  The registration ticket(s) will be discounted accordingly. If you are on a mobile device, you may have to click on the "+" next to "Promotional Code" first.

Can I register more than one participant at a time?
Yes, if you wish to register multiple participants at one time, please be sure to provide individual names and email addresses for each registrant. You can also contact [email protected] for assistance with bulk registrations.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Only one discount code can be used in the same registration transaction. Therefore, separate transactions will need to be made if multiple discount codes need to be applied or if you need to register multiple participants who fall into different categories (e.g., regular registration and discounted registration).
